Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• If cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10
business days.
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund & Return Policy
Kidolin baby-care items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, replacement is available under these conditions:
Replacement Allowed If:
• Product arrives damaged, broken, or tampered
• Product has leaked during transit
• Wrong product received
• Product is missing accessories
• Product is lost in transit
Important Conditions
• Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email: care@kidolin.in with photos/videos of the issue.
• Once verified, we will send a replacement unit.
• Refunds are not provided for hygiene-based items; only replacement.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible.
Kidolin LLP reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after inspection.
Kidolin does not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged-after-delivery products.
Legal Jurisdiction
