Shipping Policy

At Kidolin LLP, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Kindly read the following terms carefully regarding our shipping, payment, and returns policies.

Order and Payment Terms
You agree to ensure successful payment for any items purchased from Kidolin and acknowledge that prices may change without prior notice. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address, shipping address, and billing details.
Kidolin reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons such as incorrect address or contact information, unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery, or operational limitations. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed and the order has already been shipped, Kidolin will issue a gift voucher of equivalent value, valid for three months from the date of issue, in place of a cash or bank refund.
Kidolin may request additional information to verify your purchase and may impose limitations or restrictions on the sale of any products if required.


Shipping Charges
• Orders worth ₹699 & below: Enjoy FREE shipping on prepaid orders. For COD, there is ₹59 shipping charge.
• Orders worth ₹699 - ₹999: Enjoy FREE shipping on prepaid orders. All COD orders will have a shipping charge of ₹49.
• Orders worth ₹999 and above: Claim FREE shipping on prepaid orders. The COD orders will have a shipping charge of ₹49.


Delivery Timeline
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery may take between 2–7 business days after dispatch. For international shipments, the delivery timeline may extend up to 30 business days.
• Shipment costs, delivery dates, and processing timelines may be adjusted based on operational challenges, courier delays, weather disruptions, holiday traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor the shipment until it reaches your address.


Returns and Replacement Policy
• All Kidolin products are non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, and contamination concerns. Items cannot be returned for reasons such as personal preference, dislike of fragrance or texture, or change of mind.
• If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or tampered with during transit, you may request a replacement. To initiate a replacement request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at care@kidolin.in with clear details and proof of the damage. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• All replacement requests are subject to review, and the final decision regarding eligibility rests solely with Kidolin LLP.
• In the event of incorrect address details, repeated delivery failures, or unavailability of the customer, undelivered orders may be cancelled by the courier partner or by Kidolin. Refunds for such unsuccessful deliveries will be provided in the form of store credit only.
