Returns and Replacement Policy

  • All Kidolin products are non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, and contamination concerns. Items cannot be returned for reasons such as personal preference, dislike of fragrance or texture, or change of mind.
  • If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or tampered with during transit, you may request a replacement. To initiate a replacement request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at care@kidolin.in with clear details and proof of the damage. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • All replacement requests are subject to review, and the final decision regarding eligibility rests solely with Kidolin LLP
  • In the event of incorrect address details, repeated delivery failures, or unavailability of the customer, undelivered orders may be cancelled by the courier partner or by Kidolin. Refunds for such unsuccessful deliveries will be provided in the form of store credit only.
